TERMS OF SERVICE Retrieved from html/service_oil.html on 2026-07-21 Fine Print Terms & Conditions Please review our service policies for mobile auto/motorcycle fluid service. 1. Vehicle Access & Parking The vehicle must be parked on a flat, solid, and accessible surface (e.g., driveway, level parking lot). We cannot safely perform fluid services on significant inclines, dirt, grass, or gravel. Keys must be made available to the technician upon arrival. 2. Reservation of Service Window Every Amber Route mobile oil change is allocated a dedicated, non-overlapping two-hour service window on our route. Because our vehicle carries specialized equipment directly to your location, a failure to provide vehicle access completely prevents us from servicing other clients during your booked slot. To protect our route integrity, late cancellations or missing access keys inside our 12-hour window will result in escalating Liquidated Damages Fees ($35 / $65 / $115) to cover dedicated fuel, travel mapping, and lost operational capacity. 3. Pre-Authorization & Final Charges All services and selected add-ons are pre-authorized at the time of booking via Stripe. The final charge captured upon successful completion of the service may be higher than the pre-authorized amount due to unforeseen material costs (e.g., vehicle requires specialized fluids, higher capacity filters, or specific wiper blade assemblies). You will be notified of any price variance prior to the installation of such materials. 4. Weather Policy In the event of active rain, snow, or unsafe weather conditions, service will be postponed and rescheduled at no additional charge. Fluid services cannot be performed safely in wet conditions. 5. Liability & Pre-Existing Conditions The service provider is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions, including but not limited to: active fluid leaks, pre-stripped drain plugs from prior services, or structural rust/damage. If a vehicle is deemed unsafe to service upon arrival (e.g., heavily stripped oil pan), the service will be canceled and no charge will be captured. 6. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution Dispute Resolution: You and Telesian Solutions agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the services performed (including but not limited to claims of vehicle damage, engine failure, or faulty workmanship) will be settled by binding, individual arbitration rather than in a court of law. Small Claims Court Exception: Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may bring an individual action in a North Carolina Small Claims Court, provided that the total amount in dispute seeks less than $10,000 and falls within the jurisdiction of that court. Any claim seeking damages exceeding $10,000 must be submitted to binding arbitration. Waiver of Jury Trial & Class Actions: By agreeing to these terms, you explicitly waive your right to a trial by jury or to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action lawsuit against Telesian Solutions. All arbitration proceedings shall take place locally in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. 7. Arrival Windows The selected time frame during booking is an arrival window, not an exact appointment time. You must be present during this window or communicate a clear way to access the vehicle, ensuring the keys are made available to the technician upon arrival. 8. HOA and Property Compliance HOA and Property Compliance: The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that Telesian Solutions is permitted to operate on their property under all applicable Homeowner Association (HOA), apartment, or property management bylaws. If Telesian Solutions incurs any administrative fine, penalty, or fee issued by a property manager or HOA directly resulting from performing services at the customer's property, the Customer agrees to fully indemnify and reimburse Telesian Solutions for the exact amount of the fine plus a $50 administrative processing fee. 9. Property Protection & Fluid Disclosure Permitted Property Only: By booking this service, you certify that automotive fluid maintenance is permitted on your driveway or parking space under your local HOA, lease, or apartment bylaws. Our Spill-Free Guarantee: To shield your property, we utilize specialized vacuum-extraction systems that pull oil from above, alongside heavy-duty automotive sorbent barriers placed beneath your vehicle. Liability Limitation: While we take every industrial precaution, Telesian Solutions is not liable for any pre-existing oil stains, driveway coloration, or leaks resulting from degraded, aged, or failing factory engine components. If your property manager issues a fine regarding your vehicle's fluids, you remain solely responsible for that assessment under our standard Property Compliance terms.
